With locations in Miami, FL and Washington, D.C., No Junk Food Zone™ is a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), providing preventative health and wellness services to the communities, agencies and private companies we serve. We are also an established Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) and  Department on Disability Services (DDS) Provider in Washington, DC.

As part of our efforts to provide health and wellness to the  masses, No Junk Food Zone's main objective is promoting person-centered, preventative healthcare education and overall wellness of the people we serve. We accomplish this through partnerships with local agencies in the communities where we provide services. 

 No Junk Food Zone is committed to providing agencies and corporations the tools they need to care for their employees.  Utilize our services to facilitate preventative health education, while improving overall physical and mental  health, thus improving employees' total wellbeing. Healthy and happy employees is the foundation of every viable institution.

Nutrition Counseling                                        

We help people set achievable nutritional goals and teach various ways of maintaining these goals throughout their lifetime.

Personal Training                             

Individualized exercise prescription and instruction. We motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients.

Family Training                                                

We use evidence-based family training techniques that can help improve the quality of family life.

Mental Health/Bereavement Counseling 

Licensed Professionals help patients achieve overall emotional and mental wellness.

Employee Assistance Program Provider

We provide support for employees that are navigating life issues that may impact their work performance. Our health and wellness programs address emotional and physical issues of an employee to improve well-being and performance. 

Using our expertise and skills, as well as our “results driven” foundation, we specialize in facilitating optimal wellness in our clients. We have been recognized (by clients and partners alike) for excellence and have received accolades for outstanding performance. Currently, we are an established Waiver Provider with the Department on Disability Services in the District of Columbia and a preferred vendor with the National Black Child Development Institute-Miami and Independent Community Services. Furthermore, through partnering with several organizations such as American Sports and Fitness Association, Buena Vista Stakeholders, Farm Share, City of Miami Firefighters, Injury Free Coalition-Miami Dade and GeeFit LLC, we are able to efficiently spread our mission and vision of complete wellness, inside and out.
